Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Post Redirection Services Trading FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai, UAE, Email: info@postredirection.co.uk) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
