  • By confirming these terms and conditions, the customer authorizes postredirection.co.uk to process their mail redirection request.
  • After the customer places an order, the mail redirection request is submitted to the postal service provider.
  • The customer's contact details are transmitted to the postal service provider.
  • postredirection.co.uk merely provides the service of submitting the request to the postal service provider and is not liable for any services or claims of the postal service provider.

3. Payment Terms, Prices and Invoice

  • All prices are gross prices including sales tax in the currently valid version.
  • After placing an order, the customer must pay the agreed service fee by the specified due date. After contract conclusion, a change in the payment method is no longer possible.
  • The customer agrees that the invoice will be sent to them in PDF format to the email address provided.

4. User Obligations

  • The user undertakes to research and verify all information entered and to have entered it truthfully.
  • The user undertakes to maintain a mailbox that is always accessible under the email address provided for order confirmations, invoices, and withdrawal forms from postredirection.co.uk.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • For claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents, we are always liable without limitation for:
    • Injury to life, body, or health
    • Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
    • Warranty promises, as agreed, or
    • To the extent the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable

6. Dispute Resolution

7. Final Provisions

  • For business users, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
