1. Scope of Application

Regarding business users: If the business user uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, we hereby object to their validity; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Services

- By confirming these terms and conditions, the customer authorizes postredirection.co.uk to process their mail redirection request.
- After the customer places an order, the mail redirection request is submitted to the postal service provider.
- The customer's contact details are transmitted to the postal service provider.
- postredirection.co.uk merely provides the service of submitting the request to the postal service provider and is not liable for any services or claims of the postal service provider.

3. Payment Terms, Prices and Invoice
- All prices are gross prices including sales tax in the currently valid version.
- After placing an order, the customer must pay the agreed service fee by the specified due date. After contract conclusion, a change in the payment method is no longer possible.
- The customer agrees that the invoice will be sent to them in PDF format to the email address provided.
4. User Obligations
- The user undertakes to research and verify all information entered and to have entered it truthfully.
- The user undertakes to maintain a mailbox that is always accessible under the email address provided for order confirmations, invoices, and withdrawal forms from postredirection.co.uk.
5. Limitation of Liability
- For claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents, we are always liable without limitation for:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- Warranty promises, as agreed, or
- To the extent the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable
For breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion and which would typically be expected to arise. In all other respects, liability for damages is excluded.
6. Dispute Resolution
- We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
7. Final Provisions
- For business users, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
